When guests arrive at your venue, you want to “wow” them right from the start, right?! I couldn’t agree more! What better way to make an impression than with a beautiful welcome sign? Welcome signs are one of my favorite things to create and I really think they set the precedent for your wedding. There are a variety of options as far as budgets and preferences.
You can certainly create a gorgeous sign from a simple framed print or a sturdy foam board. However, you can create soft, romantic moods by choosing to use fabric for your welcome sign and have it hung on a display. Be sure to keep your venue in mind… what locations would work best for this? I suggest checking with the venue for any display restrictions! Another thing to consider is the weather. Breezy fabrics like silk or linen can lend a draping movement, but would a windy day ruin the whole display?
