Amanda and Tyler had an incredibly beautiful, modern, and romantic fall wedding at Rose Hill Estate, on October 22, 2022. They couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous autumnal design curated by The Gathering Co. Buffaloe Blooms along with specialty rentals from The Greenhouse Picker Sisters and a stunning cake by Ashley Cakes executed the vision perfectly. Pamela Jahnke was there to capture the day with photos and Thomas Blake Films shot stunning footage. This dynamic duo provided memories this sweet couple will treasure for years to come! I was honored to create watercolor wedding invitations with their save-the-dates, invitation suite and day-of goods. In addition, I even completed a live painting for them! Today I’m sharing the special ways we spiced up the Venue Collection to perfectly fit their modern boho fall fete.

Customizing Your Stationery to Fit Your Style

First up, their classic save the date! Rose Hill Estate always looks beautiful with green foliage and vining motifs. We placed a photo of the sweet couple’s engagement on the back, too! Next, for invitations, they shared their color palette with me and together we transformed the Classic Suite. With some edits, their suite was perfectly fall feeling, while still being timeless and traditional.

Additionally, the colors continued throughout for their day-of-goods. From their Welcome Signage to the fun escort tags I tied to their Classic Collection Koozies with velvet ribbon! Guests found their names in the lineup and the color-specific tag let the catering staff know their entree choice for the evening. This is both fun and functional – the best of both worlds! Amanda also requested a matted print of Rose Hill that her guests could sign and they could frame in their home. A matted print is quickly becoming one of my favorite guest book alternatives – especially since once it’s framed and hung, they’ll get to see their well wishes from friends and family every single day!

Lastly, to top it all off, I was so thrilled to paint a portrait of their first kiss on the front steps of Rose Hill Estate as husband and wife. Their family looked on with pure joy and I’m not kidding when I say the love and joy for these two were so tangible and real all around. It was an honor to be a part of their day in so many ways! Thank you for entrusting me with a part of your design, Amanda and Tyler!

I’ve had the privilege of doing another painting at the Rose Hill Estate, you can check that out here! Now, let’s get to the beautiful photos!
